Enhanced capabilities
The TA.XTplus100C Texture Analyser retains the benefits of the TA.XTplusC Texture Analyser, with the additional capability of utilising forces up to 100kg, along with an improved distance resolution, doubled to 0.0005mm but capable of 0.0001mm in Smooth Mode.
This will be of interest to those (particularly in the pharmaceutical industry) who require fine distance control/measurement of, for example, small granules/beads/particles.
Built for higher force applications
The stiffer structure provides a force capacity to 100kg which enables higher force applications. The extended height model provides even more testing distance for high force extensional applications. With the TA.XTplus100C Texture Analyser you get more capacity for the same laboratory bench space (footprint).
Integral control panel or run on any device
All Stable Micro Systems Connect series Texture Analysers are capable of operation by an integral touchscreen control panel as well as by a desktop or laptop PC. In addition, they may also be operated from a mobile phone or tablet using the Browser Interface. Learn more
Touch To Move mode
Optional movement of the arm by the ‘Touch To Move’ method allows pushing/pulling on the calibration platform. This function is responsive enough for quick positioning as well as fine adjustments. Apply greater force to achieve faster motion.
Instrument/test status lights
See the status of your test from elsewhere in the lab. Whether its blue for on, yellow to indicate the arm is moving, green to show its collecting data or red to show a warning status.
Operate in 24 languages

Weighing Pan
The Weighing Pan (optional) attaches to the calibration platform and gives precise measurement of a sample.

With the TA.XTplus100C Texture Analyser you have the ability to use attachments including the Ottawa Cell and Kramer Shear Cell that would usually require the high force capacity of a TA.HDplusC Texture Analyser.
